Joe Biden To Introduce Immediate Legislation To Legalise 11 Million Illegal Immigrants In The US: Report

One of the first rounds of business for US President Elect Joe Biden will be to introduce a legislation which will legalise 11 million illegal immigrants in the US by reversing various Trump era policies, OANN has reported.

Biden is expected to usher in the legislation immediately after assuming office on Friday (22 January). He is expected to send the same to the US Congress for approval on his first day.

If implemented this will be the first time when the US will provide such large scale citizenship to illegals after 1986 when the then President Ronald Regan had provided an amnesty for 3 million illegals.

This potential move by the Biden administration will be in sharp contrast to the policies advocated by US President Donald Trump who is said to have toughened border security and made asylum seeking harder, citing national security.
