In a significant development, China's 71st National Day celebrated on 1 October witnessed protests against the Chinese Communist Party (CCP)'s regime in 50 cities spread in 25 nations across continents, reports Economic Times.
Anti-China protests were held across North America, Europe and Asia. Nations like Canada, United Kingdom, Hong Kong, Japan and many other nations witnessed people from Hong Kong, Taiwanese, Tibetan, Mongolian, Vietnamese and Japanese communities come out in protest.
The webinar witnessed participation by former union minister and MLA from Arunachal Pradesh, Ninong Ering. The national co-convenor of Swadeshi Jagran Manch Ashwani Mahajan had also participated in the webinar event. During the event, Mahajan had emphasised, "The economic clout China has brought is preventing democratic countries from speaking against it."
