Reliance Jio Auto-Renews Prime Membership For All Customers At No Extra Cost

Reliance Jio is auto-renewing its Prime membership for a year to all of its users, the Telecom Talk reports. Through the Prime membership, Jio customers will avail extra data and free membership to various Jio apps.

Customers would not need to move a finger to renew the membership, as the company would be extending the user membership to them automatically. Users, however, will need to download the My Jio app on their devices to check if their membership has been renewed or not.

On opening the MyJio app, you can see the “My Plans” section which can be found from the menu on the top left corner. “Your request to avail free JioPrime membership for a year has been registered successfully. You can now enjoy JioPrime benefits for another year. Thank You!”, a note reads in the ‘My Plans’ tab.

Jio Prime membership avails customers access to all the Reliance Jio apps like JioCinema, JioMusic, JioTV among others. Further, Jio Prime members get to enjoy additional data and complimentary offers which are not accessible by the standard users.
