After the Archaeological Survey of India (ASI) submitted its survey report to the Varanasi court on Monday (18 December), advocate Vishnu Shankar Jain, representing the Hindu side in the Gyanvapi survey case alleged violation of the Supreme Court judgment.
Citing the 4 August judgment of the Supreme Court, he said that the demand to file the report in a sealed cover was rejected, hence it's a "clear violation".
Jain added, "We will participate in the hearing on 21 December. And if the district district court does not pass an order, which is in consonance with the law, we will file an appeal before the Supreme Court."
He pointed out that Ram Mandir report is also out in public and hence they will demand to make this report public.
