Canada not only provided shelter to Khalistani terrorist Hardeep Singh Nijjar, who recently met his demise reportedly at the hands of a rival gang, but was also actively involved in shielding him.

According to a report by CBC News Canada, the terrorist had allegedly received a warning from the Canadian Security Intelligence Service indicating that he was at risk.

Nijjar was fatally shot outside a Sikh temple in Surrey, B.C., on 18 June.

In recent days, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has accused India of being involved in Nijjar's killing, citing "credible allegations." Trudeau, who has been pandering to extremist sections of the Sikh community in Canada, has ignored their excesses and interference in Indian affairs to appease allies and seek political support.

The Canadian Prime Minister, whose party's ratings are at their lowest since gaining power, would lose his job to Conservative leader Pierre Poilievre if an election were held today, various reports in the Canadian media have indicated over the past few months, based on credible surveys.

Given this backdrop, experts contend that Trudeau may be using state agencies to provide a safe refuge for Sikh extremists in Canada to win the support of this increasingly critical voting bloc.
