<p>Vavilala Chidvilas Reddy from Hyderabad zone has secured the first rank in the IIT entrance exam JEE-Advanced, as per the results announced today (9June 18).<br><br>This year's exam was conducted by IIT Guwahati, and Reddy has scored an impressive 341 out of 360 marks.<br><br>Nayakanti Naga Bhavya Sree has secured the first position with 298 marks in the JEE-Advanced exam from IIT Hyderabad zone. She is the top female candidate in the exam.<br><br>According to a senior official from IIT Guwahati, out of the 1,80,372 students who appeared for both papers in IIT-JEE Advanced, 43,773 have qualified. Among the qualified candidates, 36,204 are male students, and 7,509 are female students who have cleared JEE Advanced 2023.<br><br>JEE-Main is the admission test for engineering colleges across the country. Students who qualify for JEE-Main are eligible to appear for JEE-Advanced.</p>
