Rajput Karni Sena President Shot Dead At Residence In Jaipur, Rajasthan Police Searching For Assailants

National President of the Rajput Karni Sena, Sukhdev Singh Gogamedi, was shot dead today (5 December) in Rajasthan's capital Jaipur. Gogamedi was attacked with gunfire at his residence in the Shyam Nagar area. Subsequently, he was rushed to Metro MAS Hospital, where he was declared dead.

Following the shooting incident, a large crowd gathered at Metro MAS Hospital. Besides local police, officials from various departments arrived at the scene, and heavy police presence was deployed in the area, News18 reported.

He had been vocal on various issues, and his involvement in protests in Rajasthan gained attention, particularly after the release of films like "Padmaavat" and the gangster Anandpal encounter case. Several of his videos addressing these issues have gone viral.

He had previously formed a separate organisation after a dispute within the Karni Sena organisation. He served as its president. .
