Trudeau Is Sacrificing A Crucial Ally For His Vote Bank Politics & Evading Foreign Interference Allegations

Justin Trudeau is at it again. The Canadian PM, in a plain-speak press conference, has once again accused the Indian government of carrying out assassinations of Khalistani terrorists, including Hardeep Singh Nijjar, on Canadian soil.
This, as India has repeatedly stressed, is without any evidence.
It must be noted that in similar concerns expressed by the US, where actionable evidence was provided, India did cooperate and investigate the matter. The reports are that even an arrest has been made in the case. But with Canada, all we have are "credible allegations" with zero proof.
The latest and most unvarnished diplomatic standoff between India and Canada began when the latter named Indian diplomats, included Indian High Commissioner to Canada, Sanjay Verma, as 'persons of interest' in the Nijjar murder case.
India's official retort was nothing short of a public dressing-down of PM Trudeau.
MEA in its statement called out the "Trudeau regime" for harbouring anti-India separatists, meddling in India's internal affairs, and deliberately smearing India "in an attempt to mitigate the damage" caused by PM Trudeau's upcoming deposition before a Commission for "turning a blind eye to foreign interference in Canadian politics".
India then summoned Canadian Charge d’Affaires to India who was informed that India was withdrawing its High Commissioner from Canada as it had "no faith in the current Canadian Government's commitment to ensure their security".
India also expelled 6 Canadian diplomats asking them to leave India by or before 11:59 PM on Saturday, October 19.
The bogies that the Trudeau regime seems to have employed are sanctions on India and bringing in G7 and The Five Eyes countries.
Meanwhile, The Washington Post has come to Trudeau's rescue. In a piece published today, it cites Canadian diplomats naming Union Home Minister Amit Shah and NSA Ajit Doval in the Nijjar murder case.
