The newly redeveloped ITPO complex in Pragati Maidan New Delhi is set to host India's G20 leaders meetings and will be officially inaugurated on 26 July.

The site, which is owned by the India Trade Promotion Organisation (ITPO), has been undergoing redevelopment since 2017 by the state-owned construction company NBCC (India) Ltd.

The revamped complex is likely to be inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi with a puja, followed by a cultural event in the evening in the presence of hundreds of guests, dignitaries and other invitees, Hindustan Times reported citing sources.

Covering an expansive area of around 123 acres, the Pragati Maidan Complex holds the distinction of being India's largest MICE (meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions) destination.

The redeveloped IECC complex offers seven innovative exhibition halls that provide a platform for showcasing products, innovations, and ideas.

These state-of-the-art halls create an ideal environment for exhibitors and companies to engage with their target audience, fostering business growth and networking opportunities.

One of the standout features of the IECC is its magnificent amphitheatre, capable of seating 3,000 people. This grand venue is equivalent to three PVR theatres combined and serves as a captivating space for performances, cultural shows, and entertainment events.

The IECC prioritises the convenience of its visitors by offering over 5,500 vehicle parking spaces. Additionally, the venue is easily accessible through signal-free roads, allowing visitors to reach it without any hassle.
