In Pictures: The Saurashtra Tamil Sangamam

The Saurashtra Tamil Sangamam celebrating the cultural links between Gujarat and Tamil Nadu that have been formed due to the large Saurashtra Tamil community is underway.

A few thousand participants have travelled to Saurashtra to take part in the occasion which saw a variety of cultural programmes like the performance of music and dance of the two states, exhibitions to showcase products, visits to nearby villages and sites like the Gir National Park.
