The Indian Air Force (IAF) is in Greece to take part in Exercise Iniochos 2023, a multilateral air exercise. The exercise is being held at Hellenic Air Force's Andravida Air Base.
The Air Forces of various countries including the United States, France, Italy, Spain, Saudi Arabia and Jordan are taking part in the exercise along with the Indian Air Force.
The exercise is being held between 24 April and 4 May and the Indian Air Force will take part with four Su-30 MKIs and two C-17 heavy-lift transport aircraft.
The Helenic Air Force stated in a press brief, the Special Operations and Naval elements will also take part in the exercise to create complex and realistic scenarios across the exercise area which will be spread over the Greek mainland and sea.
