Another Blow To ‘Hindu Terror’ Narrative: SIMI Operative Reveals Pakistan-Linked Terrorist’s Role In Samjhauta Blasts

In further proof discrediting the ‘Hindu terror’ theory in the Samjhauta Express blast case, a narco-analysis test conducted on SIMI’s former general secretary Safdar Nagori’s brother, Kamruddin Nagori shows him revealing the role played by Pakistan-linked SIMI terrorist Abdul Razzak’s role in the attack, reports Times of India.

Upon being questioned on the Samjhauta blast case, Kamruddin denies any involvement of him or his brother in the attack, questioning the logic of an attack in which Muslims would be killing Muslims; he names Razzak, a resident of Indore, as the man who supported the attack on the train.

As per a report by The Tribune, Abdul Razzak is the SIMI operative who had helped some individuals from Pakistan carry out the Samjhauta attack.

The case relates to bombings of two carriages of the Samjahuta Express, which is a bi-weekly train service between Delhi and Lahore, in 2007. Seventy people were killed in the attack, while dozens of others were injured.

The blasts became central to the then-UPA government’s ‘saffron terror’ narrative. However, all the four supposed ‘Hindu terrorists’ in the case were recently acquitted in the case by an NIA special court, including RSS-linked Swami Aseemanand.
