India’s worst-hit state by the coronavirus outbreak, Maharashtra reported 134 fresh cases as of 1:00pm on Sunday (12 April), taking the total number of cases in state to 1895, ANI tweeted quoting state’s Health Department.
While Mumbai alone reported 113 new positive COVID-19 cases, Mira Bhayandar and Pune had seven and four new cases respectively. Navi Mumbai, Thane, and Vasai Virar had two new cases each.
Raigad, Amravati, Bhiwandi, Pimpri-Chinchwad too confirmed one case each.

Maharashtra has been the worst-hit region in India with 1,895 positive cases in the state where 127 people have lost their lives.
