Teen environmentalist from Sweden Greta Thunberg has asked for the postponement of JEE, NEET Exam. She took to Twitter to show her support for the postponement of the exam. Thunberg, reportedly, has returned to school.

"Deeply unfair" is how Thunberg described the move for the exam in the middle of the global pandemic.

Thunberg has joined in support against the holding of the exam, several protesting students and some politicians.

Times Now website says in a report: "Until now, Mamata Banerjee, Chief Minister of West Bengal, Odisha CM Naveen Patnaik, Subramanian Swamy, Yuva Neta Aaditya Thackeray, DMK President MK Stalin have already raised their voice against the exam and have demanded the center to postpone the exams."

India's apex court has not ruled in the favour of holding the exams and has said that they will be conducted as per schedule. The exams are scheduled for September.

Many students have responded to her post on Twitter showing their gratitude to her. Others have said that the matter has now become "global".

Interestingly, Thunberg posted her reaction on Twitter with a hashtag. " I stand with their call to #PostponeJEE_NEETinCOVID," she wrote.
