In a hilarious video shared by Judge of the 394th Judicial District of Texas Roy Ferguson, a lawyer named Rod Ponton accidently turned his display video into that of a cat by unknowingly toggling on a Zoom filter.
A small video of the same was shared by Judge Freguson and has since gone viral on social media.
In the video, the judge can be heard patiently explaining to the lawyer that he has a cat filter on in Zoom. The distressed lawyer can be then heard explaining that he is taking the help of his assistant to try and resolve the issue.
"I don't know how to remove it, I have got my assistant who is trying to remove it...I am here live I am not a cat", said the lawyer. The lawyer with a hint of resignation also said that he is prepared to go forward with his arguments with the cat filter in case he is unable to fix the issue.
The judge then replies, "I can see that". The judge later while sharing the video jovially advised people to ensure filters are turned off before they start their recordings.
Throughout the video the kitten can be seen moving her large sorrowful eyes and lips, mirroring the distraught and troubled movements made by the lawyers.
In 2019 the provincial government of Pakistan’s Khyber Pakhtunkhwa region streamed its press conference on Facebook while enabling the cat filter.
Social media users viewing the press conference then began asking the page admins to turn off the filter as the politician “had turned into a cat”. He also prayed that god guided the social media handles of the PTI to turn off the filter.
