Indian Army Chief General M M Naravane during his day long visit to the Fire & Fury corps near the Line of Actual Control (LAC) with China, also paid a visit to an area where the army carried out 'readjustments' against China.

General Naravane today (23 December) landed in Leh for a one day visit to the Fire and Fury Corps which included him inspecting areas including Rechin La. There he was briefed by He was also briefed by GOC, Fire & Fury Corps and other local commanders on operational preparedness.
He also conducted spot inspection of the state of habitat of troops on the forward line of defences at Rechin La and appreciated the efforts made by the formation to make troops comfortable along the LAC.
It was earlier reported that the Indian Army had carried out multiple "readjustments" at the Line of Actual Control (LAC) in August and September. The locations of these readjustments include north and south bank of Pangong Tso.
