Indian Railways: IRCTC iMudra Brings Back Cashback Offer, Valid Until 28 February

The Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) has restarted its unique cashback offer for its customers, Zee News reports.

Users of the iMudra application will receive Rs 2000 cashback for shopping up to Rs 5000 and this offer is valid until 28 February 2021. Moreover, this scheme can only be availed through VISA/Rupay card transactions.

The IRCTC iMudra app provides active wallets along with virtual and physical cards as well. The digital cards can be utilized for all purposes such as the physical one.

However, purchases could be made from VISA cards only through Indian currency on Indian websites. Moreover, money can be sent or received from the iMudra app too.

The application was launched in collaboration with the Federal Bank and hence ATM withdrawals can be made only from cards issued by that bank. The initial couple of transactions from Federal Bank ATMs are free of cost. However, a charge of Rs 23.6 is imposed on further proceedings and a similar cost is levied on transactions made from any other bank.
