Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu while addressing his nation on Wednesday (4 March) urged his fellow citizens to avoid handshakes and instead adopt Namaste - the Indian way of greeting.

Various world leaders have swung into precautionary more urging their people to undertake basic precautions to protect themselves from a potential Coronavirus infection.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi too shared a list of such measures which included regularly washing hands, covering nose while sneezing and avoiding touching nose, mouth and eyes.
