Mumbai police has reportedly entered the residence of Republic TV's editor-in-chief Arnab Goswami and attempted to detain him, reports ANI.
Goswami has alleged that the Mumbai police officials physically assaulted him and his family including his mother-in-law and father-in-law, son and wife. Mumbai police also assaulted Arnab Goswami as per video played out on Republic TV.

According to Republic TV, Mumbai Police team, which doesn't have summons, documents or court papers, blocked Republic Media Network's Niranjan Narayanswamy and Sanjay Pathak from entering Arnab's residence and have sealed all entry and exit points. There were a vergy large number of policemen, the Republic TV said.
