Naseeruddin Shah Is Angry Because I Praised Hinduism: Kangana Ranaut Responds To 'Half-Educated Starlet' Jibe

Actor Kangana Ranaut while speaking to Republic TV yesterday (19 August) took on Naseeruddin Shah for his "half-educated starlet' comment by saying that he is angry on her because she praised Hinduism and Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

Naseeruddin Shah had condescendingly criticised Kangana a few days ago by saying that, "No one is interested in the opinion of some half-educated starlet who takes it upon herself to get justice for Sushant..".

After his comments stirred up a row, Kangana responded to him while speaking to Arnab Goswami by saying that people like Naseeruddin Shah work towards a particular political agenda.

Kangana added that people like Naseeruddin Shah are angry at her because she praised Hinduism and is a proud Hindu.

"Naseeruddin Shah does not think that I am a half-educated starlet, he is angry because I praised Modi ji and Hinduism and because I am proud of my religion and background...rather than being ashamed of it", said Kangana.
