Days after Prime Minister (PM) Narendra Modi had announced the formation of a trust to carryout the formation of a grand temple of Lord Ram in the ancient city of Ayodhya in Uttar Pradesh (UP), the members of the trust have jumped into action, reports Asian News International (ANI).
The members of the trust named ‘Shri ram janmabhoomi Teertha Kshetra Trust’ will be meeting on 19 February to hold its first meeting in New Delhi. Making the development public, member of the trust Kameshwar Choupal said, "We will have a proper meeting, everybody has given their consent to the meeting, it will be an informal meeting."
Underscoring that the trust would ensure the use of the best of technology in temple construction, Choupal also noted that it would take at least four-five years for the whole process to reach the state of culmination.
The trust has been formed by the government of India under the instructions of an all-powerful five judge bench of the Supreme Court of India which included the then chief justice of India (CJI) Ranjan Gogoi and also the incumbent CJI Sharad Arvind Bobde.
