Tata Power has revealed that it has a network of over 1000 electric vehicle (EV) charging stations across the country.
In an official statement, the company explained that this network of 1000 public charging stations provide an innovative and seamless EV charging experiences for Tata Power’s customers across malls, retail outlets, hotels, offices and other places of public access that make way for such clean mobility and also freedom from range anxiety.
Moreover, there are around 10000 home EV charging points that already make EV charging very convenient for the vehicle owners.
The Tata Power EZ Chargers ecosystem covers the whole value chain of home chargers, captive, bus/fleet and public.
Accordingly, the Tata Power EV charging points are now present in almost 180 cities across the country, Economic Times reports.
In the coming times, Tata Power is targeting developing a base of about 10000 charging stations. This will naturally convert the entire stretch of highways into e-highways in India.
