Thousands of demonstrators are expected to hit the streets of London to protest against the state visit of US President Donald Trump on Tuesday (4 May), The Guardian reported.
The protesters will march down Whitehall from Trafalgar Square to Parliament Square, past Downing Street, where the US president will speak with outgoing British Prime Minister Theresa May.
Labour party leader Jeremy Corbyn announced that he will join the protesting crowds to “stand in solidarity with those he’s attacked in America, around the world and in our own country”.
Tomorrow's protest against Donald Trump's state visit is an opportunity to stand in solidarity with those he's attacked in America, around the world and in our own country - including, just this morning, @SadiqKhan.

“Jeremy Corbyn will attend and speak at the demonstration tomorrow against President Donald Trump’s state visit,” a Labour spokesperson confirmed.
Corbyn had earlier boycotted the banquet hosted by Queen Elizabeth II yesterday for the US President, First Lady Melania Trump, and about 170 guests.
The Labour leader also criticised Trump’s endorsement of Boris Johnson, the former Mayor of London and tipped to be leader of the Conservative party replacing Theresa May, to be the next prime minister, calling it an “unacceptable interference” in British politics.
“I think Boris would do a very good job. I think he would be excellent,” Trump said of Johnson taking over for May when she steps down on 7 June.
“President Trump’s attempt to decide who will be Britain’s next Prime Minister is an entirely unacceptable interference in our country’s democracy,” Corbyn said in a statement.
During the planned protests, an inflatable baby Trump blimp will take to the skies again after permission was granted by the Greater London Authority. The protesters have been barred from demonstrating directly outside Downing Street and road closures have been put in place.
Trump’s earlier visit to UK too was marred by protests. About 250,000 protesters took to the streets during his first visit to Britain last July.
