  • HG Infra Engineering Ltd was awarded Odisha package-5 (for developing the 44 km long, six-lane Kaliagura-Baunsaguar section) as well Odisha package-6 (for developing the 44 km long, six-lane Koraput to Pattangi section) of Raipur-Visakhapatnam Economics Corridor.
  • The Raipur – Vizag Economic Corridor project is being developed under Bharatmala Pariyojana Phase-I. The expressway's greenfield alignment will pass through the states of Chhattisgarh (124.611 km), Odisha (262.211 km) and Andhra Pradesh (99.629 km). The project has been divided into 19 civil packages with a 4 year deadline. It is estimated to cost Rs. 20,000. crore. When complete, the distance from Raipur to Vizag will reduce from 590 km to 464 km and reduce travel time from 14 hours to about 7 hours.
  • HG Infra Engineering Ltd has received Letter of Award (LoA) from National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) for two packages of the 464 km Raipur – Visakhapatnam Economic Corridor (NH-130CD & EC-15), popularly known as the Raipur-Vizag Expressway.

    The Raipur – Vizag Economic Corridor project is being developed under Bharatmala Pariyojana Phase-I. The expressway will originate from Abhanpur near Raipur (Chhattisgarh) and ends at Sabbavaram near Vizag (Andhra Pradesh). The expressway's greenfield alignment will pass through the states of Chhattisgarh (124.611 km), Odisha (262.211 km) and Andhra Pradesh (99.629 km).

    The project has been divided into 19 civil packages with a 4 year deadline. It is estimated to cost Rs. 20,000 crore. When complete, the distance from Raipur to Vizag will reduce from 590 km to 464 km and reduce travel time from 14 hours to about 7 hours.

    The company had earlier emerged as the lowest bidder quoting Rs 1,338.27 crore for package-5 and Rs 958.98 crore for package-6. Both the projects are on Hybrid Annuity Mode (HAM) in the state of Odisha with a completion period of 730 days.

    HG Infra Engineering Ltd is already executing Andhra-Package 1 of the expressway project under which it is developing a 31-km six lane Aluru-Jakkuva section on hybrid annuity mode. The total length of of the project is 31.767 Kms. The company won the bid quoting a project cost of Rs 1,060.11 crore. The project completion period is 730 days.
