Uttarakhand: BJP Leading In All Five Lok Sabha Seats, Former CM Trivendra Singh Rawat Consolidates Lead Over Harish Rawat's Son In Haridwar

The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is leading on all five seats in Uttarakhand.

Former chief Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat is leading from Haridwar seat against Congress candidate and ex-CM Harish Rawat's son Virendra Rawat by a margin of over 31,000 votes.

In Almora seat, BJP's Ajay Tamta is leading Congress candidate Pradeep Tamta by a margin of 95,000 votes.

The crucial Garhwal seat, where Congress had hoped to give a tough fight to BJP by fielding its former state unit president Ganesh Godiyal, is looking a one-sided affair with BJP candidate Anil Baluni maintaining a lead of over 53,000 votes.

In Nainital-Udham Singh Nagar seat, BJP candidate and MoS Defence Ajay Bhatt is holding a massive lead of 1.73 lakh votes over Congress candidate Prakash Joshi.

In Tehri Garhwal Lok Sabha constituency, the Congress is trailing at third position, with BJP's Mala Rajya Lakshmi Shah leading by over 61,000 votes against the second spot candidate, Bobby Panwar, who is contesting as an independent.
