Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, who was earlier hoping to become INDI Alliance's convener, has now alleged that Congress is no longer paying attention to this political bloc and is instead busy with assembly elections in the five states.
During a rally of the Communist Party of India (CPI), he expressed his displeasure with the activities of the INDI Alliance. "No work is happening these days in the Alliance," said Nitish Kumar according to Jagran.
He mentioned that the Congress party is preoccupied with the elections in five states and is not paying attention to the alliance's activities. Nitish Kumar said that the alliance was formed to save the country and he will call everyone together again after the assembly elections.
He said, "Let's leave what's happening as it is, but we have taken this step to unite the country and to save the nation from those who are currently in power. After the elections in five states, there will be another meeting of everyone."
