Prashant Kishor, the Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam’s (DMK) political strategist for the 2021 Assembly election has shared a video clip of Naam Tamilar Katchi (NTK) leader Seeman in which he can be seen saying that he does not know how many north Indian Hindi speaking people he would beat up within a week such that they would themselves pack their bags and leave the state.
He also said that if locals put false cases of peddling drugs like ganja and molestation against north Indians and make a thousand of them land in prison, they would themselves leave the state.
Kishor asked as to why no action had been taken against Seeman for such ‘vitriolic utterances.’
All those who used fake videos to incite hate & violence must be dealt with as per the law.

But this doesnât absolve those whoâre openly calling for violence against #Hindi speaking people in #TN

This comes a few days after Kishor had said that while it was true that certain people had shared fake news of migrant workers from Bihar being attacked, there were real incidents of attacks on migrant workers in Tamil Nadu and he would share them.
According to political commentators, Seeman has a history of making such comments and the ideology of his party is 'Tamil nationalism.'
In the recently concluded Erode East bypoll, the NTK had a vote share of 6.35 per cent and finished in third position behind EVKS Elangovan of the DMK-led alliance and KS Thennarasu of the AlADMK-BJP alliance.
