<p><strong>'God Of Humans', 'God Of Universe' And Savarkar</strong></p>.<p>Dear Reader, </p><p><br>VD Savarkar's ability to start from first principles and erect the entire edifice of a worldview would be matched by very very few writers/philosophers/thinkers in independent India. </p><p>One of the questions Savarkar meditated upon was this (I'm paraphrasing): Is God a god of the humans or the god of the universe?</p><p>In answering this one question, Savarkar not only called out the primacy which some religions had accorded to humans in the universe, he also derived an entire system of ethics which was not dependent on religious diktats.
